Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

You can sumbit a cancellation request for all orders until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, we advise contacting us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation. 

If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If your order was NOT received within the guaranteed time ( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. This may also apply when there are tracking issues. The guaranteed delivery span does not include reshipments. If a wrong product was delivered to you, you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a return but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. Customer must be able to cover return costs to the United States. **Please note: Returns are refunded in the form of store credit.

Refunds/store credits, exchanges, and/or reshipments cannot be provided for the following reasons:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Tumblebee Clothing (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of tumblebeeclothing.com
  • Due to the nature of the item, makeup, earrings, lingerie, bodysuits, and swimsuit items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
  • Failure to select the right size according to our size chart will NOT result in reshipment or a store credit refund without return. Buyer will need to cover return costs to the United States and wait for item to clear inspection to be eligible for store credit/exchange. If item has clear signs of wear or damage, no credit will be provided and we will not be able to do an exchange either, unless damage is obviously from mail handling. This is a very lengthy and inconvenient process as we only have one warehouse and a small headquarters at the moment. To ensure you select the correct size, please use our size charts on each product page near the description box and measure yourself.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. Once this period is over, the buyer will be ineligible for a refund, store credit, exchange, reshipment, or return. You can submit a refund request by sending us a message on our contact form or live chat. All questions are answered within 24 hours

If approved for store credit, store credit will be issued immediately in the form of a code to use at checkout. 

Shipping costs will NOT be returned for returns.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Customer must be able to cover return costs to the United States.
