Most items have their own product-accurate size chart in the description box, please compare your measurements. The majority of our items fit true-to-size and are very stretchy.
All of our mannequins are wearing a US size small/3-5
The size of the clothes may have 2-3 cm / 1" error. Contact us if you have concerns, questions, or issues with the size of a product. If you have any questions about size, please contact us via e-mail, or social media direct message, all inquiries are answered within 12 hours!
*Note: All swimsuits, lingerie, underwear, earrings, and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the item. Please follow size charts closely.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information at checkout, including the order’s billing and shipping address. You should receive an address verification email after placing your order, this email will allow you to verify/automatically update your shipping address on your order if your order has not yet shipped. Any other manual requests for address or order changes are not guaranteed. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, we advise contacting us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we cannot accept order changes or order cancellations.
If your order is successfully cancelled, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. The time this takes varies depending on your bank/credit card company. If there is any delay in your refund, please contact your bank/credit card company directly.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one, no matter the reason. Your request will then be reviewed by our team.
If a wrong or defective product was delivered to you, you can request a refund to the original payment method for this item OR a reshipment of the correct item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. In some instances, a return may be required and a return label may be provided for you.
Eligibility for a return/exchange is based on the condition of your item(s). If the Item(s) has no signs of wear, use, wash, or customer damage, and still has original tags and packaging, we will disburse store credit for return or send out reshipment in new size/color for exchange. If the item(s) has clear signs of wear, wash, missing packaging/tags, damage, etc., the item(s) will NOT be accepted for return/exchange and will NOT be shipped back to you.
Refunds/store credits, exchanges, and/or free reshipments cannot be provided for the following reasons:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing wrong shipping address, providing insufficient address/incomplete address, package refusal, failure to pay customs fees, return to sender, change of address, etc).
- Tumblebeee Clothing is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages and any returned packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, refusal, or return to sender.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to contact the shipping company directly as this is an error of the shipping company. All UPS & USPS priority mail packages are insured directly by the shipping company, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company directly. Tumblebee Clothing does not offer separate shipping insurance, lost packages or orders damaged in transit will not be reshipped or refunded by Tumblebee Clothing.
- Your order was delayed/arrived later than expected OR did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Tumblebee Clothing (i.e. high demand, coronavirus pandemic, package not cleared by customs, natural disaster, postal service labor strikes, etc.).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Tumblebee Clothing.
- Due to the nature of the item, makeup, earrings, false lashes, socks, lingerie, hats, bodysuits, and swimsuits CANNOT be returned or exchanged. All mystery boxes are final sale.
- Items that have already been modeled by ambassadors or customers (worn, posted, and tagged/mentioned us) will not be eligible for return or exchange, this is considered wardrobing fraud. If we suspect wardrobing, your order will not be eligible for return, exchange, etc., and you will no longer be able to shop with Tumblebee Clothing.
Failure to select the right size according to our size chart will NOT result in reshipment or a store credit refund without return. To ensure you select the correct size, please use the size charts on each product page in the description box and measure yourself. This will ensure you select the correct size.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Returns are refunded in the form of store credit only. This does not include shipping costs.
You may request a return for store credit or size/color exchange within 7 days of delivery. Once this period is over, the buyer will be ineligible for a refund, store credit, exchange, reshipment, or return. Customer must be able to cover return shipping costs to the United States. You must contact us first before returning your item, we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Please do not return packages to sender, packages returned to sender will not be refunded, per our policy above. If we receive an unauthorized returned item, we will not honor refund or exchange request, nor will this item be shipped back to you.

Please be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, reason for return/exchange, and name of the item you are referring to. All emails are answered within 24 hours, but usually much sooner.*
If approved for a store credit return, store credit will be issued immediately in the form of a gift code to use at checkout. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded for returns as this is a lost expense. The customer will wait for item to clear inspection to be eligible for store credit/exchange. If item has clear signs of wear or damage, no credits or exchanges will be provided (unless damage is obviously from mail handling).
If exchanging your item for a different size, please closely follow our size charts on the specific product pages in order to be sure to select the correct size.
Due to the nature of the item, makeup, earrings, false lashes, lingerie, bodysuits, and swimsuit items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
We offer reshipments for packages returned to us by the shipping company. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout so refunds and/or store credit is not offered for packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient address. If your package is returned to sender due to incorrect/insufficient address, we will hold your package for 2 weeks to give you a chance to contact us and arrange reshipment to the correct address (the customer will need to provide the new/corrected shipping address AND cover the costs of reshipment). If you fail to contact Tumblebee Clothing within 2 weeks, we will add the items from your order back into our inventory & we will no longer be able to reship your order to you.
